Almost looks like the dye ran off a bottle label, ( theres nothing in the foam to cause a stain like than.)try stain removers, if you are careful white spirits then paint thinners but may have to replace the fabric panel, keep an eye out for a rear seat to raid the fabric from.

Definately not Jaguar/ Daimler, Jags/Daimler always have rubber bases instead of steel springs as shown in picture. More likely Something from Ilaty- Im thinking Fiat or similar. The slides/runners look Fiat to me.
