Hey guys, I need a little welding work on the mk2 escort I'm doing up. Put the W series box in it and I need the mount extended just a little so I can bolt it to the floor!

Don't have any of the gear, car is located on a hoist in East Tamaki and would probably be best to have a look yourself. WANTED done over the next couple of weeks so I can finish the car over Xmas.

Am happy to throw on the bbq and a few beers. Bonus if you have a car transporter as I need it back to whenuapai afterwards!

Hey guys, I'm keen to see these pics haha haven't seen any yet! To start off, I just saw forum drama coming as it's all I've heard, keyboard warriors etc and I just stay out if it! Just after the weekend I thought you were all a bunc of great people and would love to get more involved!

No welds have broken but I want some done on the escort if anyone can lend a hand..... I'm not too crash hot and have none of the gear, nee to weld a gearbox mount on (it's already in place ready to go btw)

And since I've had it, I've fixed one or two small issues and that's it, I've owned it for a few months and the work that's done will all be the same to my knowledge (if it was still running the modified 2l and the crazy running gear) it was pulling mid to high 17's with the gearbox not enjoying being out into 3rd so quickly. I only ran 3 passes and I do apologise for leaving so early!

I will come down to burger fuel to meet some of you guys, Im definitely keen to get more involved.. Been a classic car guy my whole life, have owned a nuts amount and am an oldschool ford nutter
