Pics when I first bought it

Again I'm sorry as ive just started up on this site.

I bought it as a shitbox from Christchurch 2 years ago. Was advertised on some forums but I found it on Facebook and flew down the next day and bought it. Drove it back to hamilton and been slowly buying parts from all over the world to get it to its current state. I used a paint theme of a tomica toy that was a Japanese police car. I used plasti dip and it turned out good. Recently the rust has got too much for me so I've decided to strip it down and bring it back to life properly.

Most people don't get that it is a project for me and when I bought it, it came with over the top standard springs which raised the rear higher than the front, I used the cut springs from when I bought it because I like it that low. Have bought SSR rims to suit which makes it a lot more appealing but am aiming for converting to adjustables in the future. I guess you can't please everyone =)

End of the day, its what I'm aiming for, don't want it to be on 17" chromes with a guard gap bigger then my head.

Slow but progressing project =)

He's in Hamilton and has just signed up to the forums apparently. He works crazy hours and uses storage as his shed space so it's been slowish progress. Hopefully it's back up to WOF standard soon.
