anybody be able to tell me what the torque settings are for starion 4g63b head?

nah and not very likely to bend all valves and there a no contact engine so if cambelt breaks don't usually bend valves on them.think iv found the problem guys had bottom end rebuilt by the motor builder.then hes put the head on and the head bolts were hardly even tight when should be tight as fuck to a torque setting

nah man havnt checked yet got to make a leak tester and forgot bring airgun home

yeah they could be.pretty sure valve related but unusual that all are like 40psi.

nah I brought it but it could've broken a cambelt and bent valves but difinately has had new piston and rings put in it.

yeah man I think head will be coming off but that's allgood iv got another sigma head with good valves so hope there the same then just be a new gasket

yeah already have timed it correctly and had checked but then I get people saying that number 4 should be rocking when number one should be.so that's what made me all confused

yeah I did and 1st 2 valves are rocking when the cam gear is on the mark and if I do it so cylinder 4 are rocking its 180 opposite and theres no mark there

yeah iv done the valve clearances.what about the jet valves though if there to tight will compression be down.how do you set them

yeah I might do a leak down test before pull it down say it will be valves but I don't understand why they would be bent when motor hasn't even been started since rebuild

had a mechanic come check it and was right cranks on tdc and cams on the mark with 1st 2 valves on rocking

yeah checked the timing was allgood the 1st 2 valves are on rock at tdc.I think might have bent valves maybe but its the same compression on all cylinders like 40psi.and I should hope the rings were fitted right as I didn't build motor brought it like that

yeah turned the crankshaft 360.how to you know if on the right stroke though

is that the right cam timing its set at 9 o clock with the number one piston at tdc

yeah the first 2 valves are on rock.but rotate it 360 and there still on rock.how to I change this
