So its that time of year when I need my car serviced. Looking for a good mechanic in the central Auckland area and prerably someone who likes and knows about older cars (thats probably a given)

I swear to the higher powers that my work just does not want me to attend these things. every time I'm like oooh Olds Schools meet. works all like lol your roasting coffee from 3.30pm until midnight...
long story short w wish i was... but i can't

sweet. seems simple enough. where did you get spacers or did you make them/ what out of?
also even better! i kept my cut springs from when i got the car!
(i have to host the image elsewhere right?)
-
alright so i did some measuring... 2" is going to be best.
Seedy Al: makes sense, but diagrams would be awesome! I'm about 99% sure they are the original shocks. also what are the downside to blocks vs. reset leaves?
-
(Spencer): so you are saying i may need to shorten the whole MacPherson strut depending on how low i plan to go?
(Bling): 2-3 Inches, get the tires flush with the guards. still needs to be somewhat practical.

yeah, i am interested, just not overly well funded at the moment haha.
how low would the shocks make the car?
also what is the difference between a KE30 and a TE31?
