Figured I would start a project thread for this one - following the completion of the Dodge last year, I've finally got a little bit of motivation to start having a look at the Plymouth. Likely to be a bit more work in this one than the Dodge, this one is a dead rego (have got permission to re-use the plates with NZTA already) and has some rust work that will need doing - mostly noticed it around the rear windscreen but I haven't had the car out of the garage to have a proper look.

The story behind this one - Mum and Dad were on their honeymoon around the South Island in 1991, Dad brought this one home with him from St Andrews (just south of Timaru) - registration was lapsed when Dad brought it (lapsed in 1990) got parked in the garage and never touched. Some conjecture whether the car was driven home or trailered, I recall Dad saying it was driven home slowly with some sort of issue but since then have discovered it was potentially trailered home.

Believe this is a poly 313 with the auto (probably a 3 speed I suspect, but not 100% sure)

Pulled the radiator out last night to try and turn the crank by hand (everything was in the way to test it in there) - good news is it turns freely, plan from here is to get a carb kit & maybe some brake parts to try and get the thing moving and stopping to see what's wrong with it and asses the project as a whole.

Ordered some bits and pieces last night to try and get the engine running, plugs,points, condenser, fuel pump, carb kit. 
 

drained the old oil out of it but forgot to check the fuel tank. Hopefully that was already drained, not likely to try and run it from the tank at this stage anyway. 
 

does anyone know where the original oil filter location is on these? Or whether the oil cooler was factory or a factory option? If anyone knows either let me know on the discussion thread, thanks

Does anyone know if there’s a modern reproduction part for this?

looks like some sort of valve in an air line to power brakes and potentially window wipers? Part number on it is 1944089 but wondering if it’s something potentially generic?
