Now, plans include, but are not limited too:

New down pipe with high flow cat

Cat back exhaust

Cold air intake

Aftermarket intercooler

BOV because idiot

Lowering springs

Wheels/tyres

ECU tickle up

That should net about 170/180hp, with more talks coming in even earlier, which will be nuts as they are quite rapid standard, handle amazing and have excellent brakes, and only weigh 970kgs.

And a screenshot from a video of one I quite like the look of: (minus body kit on the body kit and wing)

P.S. these things have no business being as amazing as they are standard, I went out on some local twisty roads last night, and I honestly dont think my 86 on semis could keep up with it. Amazing.

But nothing is perfect, the only issue I have found so far, is that as a lanky gentleman, the rearview mirror is mighty low and really obscures vision out the front.

BUT I found a place in OZ that makes stumpy mounts for Jimnys, as its also an issue in them,

So now I just need to make sure they are the same. My bro in law just purchased a Jimny so will compare with his and order if same same.

Welcome (back?) to new school shitboxes.co.ng VG I totally bought my NISMO (note) for none of those midlyf related issues either

Bit more tunability in these than the note, I did consider at the time but note was closer to shitbox price point lol

^ @ Alex , no the Swift Sport are 5/114.3

Was about to say they look good with R33 wheels on them..

Or evo 8 wheels.

Note these don't have a spare wheel, but there is provision for one and it does its, bit makes boot space about 40mm shallower if your fit the full size alloy.

Wife really likes hers, it's orange and black and auto.

Note

Yes?

A note does also have space for a spare and can fit a full size one with no compromise to already minuscule boot space so is clearly superior

In my 28 year driving career, the only time I have ever had a flat tyre, was when I blew two tyres on the same pothole, rendering my spare useless anyways. Plus I dont want to weigh down my new race car with a full spare 😉

I bought some super light rim from Japan for the sole purpose of being my spare. Naturally I still removed it for drag day, because racecar

The sidewall delete on these is pretty easy on today's potholes as there isn't much sidewall to start with.

I too have not had a flat in a bazillion years but wife being stuck between hamilton and rotorua with no spare turns into a time consuming inconvenient kind of day.
