Hi All

I've hijacked my brothers inactive account to share this event I've created with you as I think there will be plenty of you in here that it suits!

It's a JDM Swap Meet - yeah, the name is a bit cliche but it's to the point / requires no explanation. I'm currently on the hunt for those people with a collection of parts they may no longer need (but can't bare to throw out!) to snap up the swapper spots. So if you're an early Japanese car enthusiatic (read: hoarder haha), please take a look at the event info below and check through your boxes of bits and hopefully you'll agree that this could be a good idea!

Join us for a unique swap-meet dedicated to classic Japanese cars and parts. This event caters to enthusiasts, collectors, and anyone passionate about the golden era Japanese automotive scene (1970's - 2000 cars). Whether you've got a hoard of parts to clear out, are hunting for an elusive part, looking to buy or sell a project car, or simply want to admire some well-loved classic Japanese cars, this is the event for you.

💎 Show Cars: Pack-in from 8.00am
🎫 Public Open Times: 9am - 3pm (public tickets are available here)

Swap Meet (Cars and Parts) | Car Show & Awards | Food Vendors & Trade Stands
🤝 The swap meet area will be filled with traders offering everything from that headlight you’ve been looking for or a slightly-less-rusty door for your project.
🏆 A car show will display both restored and modified vehicles, judged by a panel of experts and fellow enthusiasts.
🍔 Food vendors will be on site, offering refreshments and food throughout the day.

SWAPPERS / VENDORS
We welcome traders with classic Japanese car parts, memorabilia, cars and related items. Book your spot early to ensure prime placement & secure your commemorative T-shirt. We have personal trader spots for those clearing their parts out, and a vendor village for pop-up retail stores and trade stands.

PRE-2000s JAPANESE CAR SHOW & AWARDS

This event will showcase a wide range of classic Japanese vehicles, from iconic sports cars, restored gems, to reliable workhorses and everything in between. With a range of award categories to appreciate the array of epic vehicles we will see on the day.

The JDM-swap meet offers a unique opportunity to find those parts that you don’t find listed on trademe or marketplace, connect with fellow enthusiasts and experts and enjoy a day immersed in car culture with like-minded enthusiasts.
