A client was testing a sensor (circled) for a job, and needed a quick hookup to walk around a paddock without falling to bits.

Intended system life-time, approx 1 hour:

Cardboard and hot glue it is!

Test failed successfully, client happy with test rig.

Audi TT rear box tied on with coat-hanger wire ….

…..was dangling low because the bracket had snapped at the single weld…… after about 1000 miles service. Crappy aftermarket box lacks the brace the OEM one has. OEM box lasted 124k / 22 years…..

Now welded back on with a brace. Wire was working just fine though

The hard foam was coming away from the plastic bracket under.

I needed to plug a camera into a phone, and it had the wrong thingy.

But I had a socket, a broken cable, and an adapter to the right thingy.

Also fuxed.

BUT, it is approx 1000x wideband RF gain, and it worked, so there is that.⁩
