Allmud’s Ford pop

Was looking for a new project for the shed, have wanted a pop since I was a kid.

It's a good base with minimal work

3 inch roof chop

Mild rebuilt 350 cam head work etc

Power glide, 9 inch viva front. end basic old school hot rod.

Just been ticking of little jobs, and trying to sort better offset rims for the front.

I'm taking it to a fibreglass place this week to see if they can remove the bonnet scoop and widen the front fenders a little

Diff ratio change over the weekend, went from 4.11 gears to 2.75

Much better to drive with the powerglide now

The pop is also booked in to have some modifications done to the fibreglass tilt front next week

The wife offered to drop the front end of the pop off to the fibreglass workshop while I was at work.

One of the straps broke on the trailer and the front end dragged on the ground without her realising.

Lost about 3 inches off the back of the left side front guard.

Lucky its going to a fibreglass place a lol

Picked up the new front 

Now to sort out mounting

New front is tilting and mounted 

Grill mocked up lights sitting in place 

Just waiting on fibreglass to turn up
