Neil Gellatly
Hi there all classic car enthusiasts. I was told this would be a good forum to make inquiries. I have a dusty old car hood/bonnet (See link to photo on my FB page -https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=2732740440204430&set=a.694131327398695 ). I would love a few questions answered on it from those in the know.... what make and model vehicle is the hood/bonnet pictured from? and what value range would it have (i.e., approximate $ to $) if anything? If anyone would like to own it, please feel free to make me an offer. Many thanks. Kindest regards, Neil Alexandra, Central Otago, NZ
MACKAZ
Maybe Hudson Terraplane judging by the alloy moulding. Could be (and most probably am) wrong. As to value no idea but if you had a Terraplane grille you could almost name your price to the rat rod fraternity.

I clearly have no idea. From googling the Hudson Terraplane, I'm not sure it is one, as the shape & emblem is different. I'm not up with car lingo, so by 'grille', do you mean bumper? If so, there is one floating around too that might go with the hood. Edited December 16, 2021 by Neil Gellatly Further investigation. Lord Gruntfuttock
The local vintage car club would prob be able to tell you. Although they'll pester you to donate it for someone's restoration. Think the central otago branch is based in Cromwell...?
