MACKAZ
I need identify an old gearbox I got as a spare. Was told it was Falcon, but has bigger input shaft. Has (from advice off ozfalcon) an Australian Ford part number of 72DA-7093-AC 050-001-32426 off tailshaft housing. Need to get a replacement clutch plate as one with it is very very average. Lord Gruntfuttock
What era? I've got some XW - XB parts manuals...
SOHC
Might be some kind of truck, is it a bigger chunker spline? a good clutch place can match you up something from your old plate.

I did some digging on exedy and it appears there was a heavy duty box fitted to utes, 6 cylinder Mustangs and F100s. Waiting on confirmation on spline size as to whether I'm going down the right track

anglia4
The start of that part number doesn't make sense as a ford part number. Doesn't have a letter first to give the decade. https://m.roadkillcustoms.com/decode-ford-part-numbers/
Lord Gruntfuttock
Yeah didn't see any match in XY or XA manual.
MACKAZ
All this info I got is secondhand, and the muppet trying to fit it didn't know what he was doing. It's a Falcon box, identical to the one I HAD. Swapped it for a 4 speed, and old man took the other one back. Thread can get the lock or delete. Thanks
