Will it need a shroud over the Lake pipes?

Probably, they don’t get very hot, I can pull off the motorway and hold my hand on it and it’s hot but won’t burn

Every thing was fine with the motor, all the bearings were removed and there was only some normal rubbing on the outer rod bearings witch is totally normal for a new engine, I think it wouldn’t show up with cad bearings only the copper lead

Any bearings poking through the front of the housing? Do you need the thickness of a gasket for bearing preload?

No, gasket is only to stop oil weeping from shift rod holes, I made the bellhousing from chopping a 4 speed truck gearbox down, I put a gasket in originaly but not sure if that good to have one as it may cause it not to sit flat?
