Stunning colour - I actually like it best in that last photo inside. Looks very "deep". Excuse my ignorance, but what is flow coating in the painting context?

Yeah it changes alot depending on the light/environment which is cool . Basically paint it and clear it like normal. then sand whole car again and couple more coats of clear.

Looks mint Mr Brad. I bet your jaw is aching from smiling so much each time you walk into shed...

I'm gonna stir the pot a bit here, excuse the pun, but theres people who will fight over the 'flow coating' term. Some will argue what you describe is a 'cut and reclear' and that a flowcoat is a final coat of clear thats been reduced a higher % to help it flow out more and eliminate peel.

But  I'm just a dumb welder so what do I know 🤪. Looks mint though, that engine bay will looks tits!

Have you thought about the door frames being black instead of body colour?

Sorry, I’m +1 here.

Black door frames > 90’s painted door frames.

Also agree but I think coloured was the right choice. Easy enough to black/gunmetal (what colour is it supposed to actually be?) out later if Brad isn't about it once its all together.
