Only a small thing but makes difference. the screws have been replaced.

Please see  the photo NO.4 and you can confirm that the screw head and master cylinder case are at the same level which means

the cover doesn’t hold water and prevents getting rusted.

replaced the auto choke.

1. remove 3 screws in the hamlet case

2. remove the oil tank cap

3. remove 2 screws on the auto-choke and the steel plate.

4. pull the coupler for the auto- choke

5. you can now remove  the auto- choke

Yes the bike goes much better than before. I know I still need to adjust the SJ as the engine is running rich when it’s cold,

but can’t  be bothered.Ride it for a while and it gets smoother:badgrin:

That is an awesome project man, How are you today? Your brand new parts is really great, I can only afford aftermarket parts for my Dio 2 City Movement. I was searching on how to clean the clutch housing where the clutchsprings is in. Should i put grease in the 3 rubber parts after I clean it or do I just leave it like that? Thank you. I love your scooter man!

This is my dio 2 50cc. I tried to sell it yesterday and when Im on my way to meeting place suddenly then suddenly the gasoline started leaking from the side. I didnt make it at the meeting place. Weird that it happened on that day because It doesnt have any problem in 2 years. Maybe my scooter doesnt want to let go of me. Maybe I am not the owner. The dio is my owner? Lol haha
