Moffmo
Keen. Attendance will depend on inlaws that have come to visit. BBQs/bonfire is allowed on Princess bay/Houghton Bay. Parking is a bit of a bugger though
Steelies
lots of parking and loos at princess bay. park up and flash your interior lights for added adventure. also beaver will likely be driving a mobile windbreak which will be good

Beaver
You still need a fire permit to light a fire there At Princess Bay, you can have an open fire or non-gas barbecue if you have a fire permit
Steelies
you can have a fire by te papa if you do it right

Moffmo
Might not get it in time for the meet. But will be useful for the future. Also I only live round the corner so will be nice to have the option of going to the beach!
Unclejake
You still need a fire permit to light a fire there At Princess Bay, you can have an open fire or non-gas barbecue if you have a fire permit LOL. If'n I was up on my new hill I'd be able to spy on youse all But SRSly, should you wish to alter arrangements I'm happy for you all to use my existing deck, BBQs (one even operates on burning solid fuels) and outdoor kitchen. There's plenty of parking, outdoor lighting, toilets (if I leave you a key) and an outdoor table that seats 20. I'm likely to show up myself at some point, but don't let that put you off. A couple of spare rooms exist too should those already known to me make prior arrangements to get inebriated EDIT: But no matter the weather it wont be sunny at that time of day on my deck - which can be frustrating if it's epic sun across the road on the beach.... but of course one can walk across the road to the beach in that case
