Making new inlet valve

Could somebody tell me what this is all about. Need heat treatment,?just some machining?  Would they take an old valve and turn it down? Cost? Anybody specialise in it? Thank you.( not classic car at all sorry-Ford 2 cyl diesel - bent valve, but you guys will know about making one)

A good reconditioner will be able to turn one down for you. 

Measure the valve and give STA a call. They have listings on all their valves by size. They may have something close. 

But talk to your machinest to see if they will do it as they may not want to. Once you find one that will give them the options for valves from segedins and let them go from there 

But it was not uncommon when I worked at STA to do valves by measurement for odd ball stuff.
