weetbixkid Posted September 23, 2018 Share Posted September 23, 2018 Hi everyone, Helping my next door neighbor out, he purchased a 50cc scooter with plates but has found it the previous owner de-reg it and now he cant get a new rego to use on the road. He doesn't have any supporting documents from the previous owner (purchased via facebook and the guy has blocked him). Has a Vin number and its not stolen according to VTNZ/Police.
