These go on special fairly often, add a $7 plug from AliExpress and they work sweet on the Xcel-Arc.

It's not as sensitive at low pedal pressure as my $$ BOC digital control pedal (it's literally got the drive by wire pedal unit from a Dong Feng truck inside 😂)

But @chris r reckons swapping a different type of potentiometer into it should fix it.

Awesome thanks for that, my knowledge of tig is from an old scratch start repco jobbie with disposable bottles, so anything is an improvement.

It has taken me 4 years to empty my little bottle of c02 . The cert for the bottle lasts 5 years.

The gauge says zero but she is still pumping out c02 lol. I need to fill it up before it runs out completely.

after buying the multi230 xcel arc, what like a week and bit ago, its still sitting in its box and that sucks a bit however i been real busy so whatever. 

but now after these posts about the unimig envy - all i seem to get is posts on socials about them - shit they look pretty trick. even way more user freindly and the single and double pulse mig options are lush.

but yeh crikey they are a fair chunk more moolah.
