Thats not what they are making it sound like, theyre trying to make it all personal like the big bad companies are trying to screw the employees.

There were about 6 token union plebs doing a protest on Thorndon Quay this morning (as I was riding my bike as the trains weren't running). I think they were complaining to the wrong people. Trying to get sympathy from the 30,000 people whose days you've just fucked up probably inst the best bet.

Out of interest, when unions strike, do they simply get the day off, or do they have to actually do something/protest/attend a meeting etc?
