Jahprez13
This setup has already run the car reliably, but am looking to modify current setup, have herd remote Toyota setups are the best option, but due to wanting to hea engine run I will be using this setup for now, have parts being sent this week but would like to keep custom parts
mjrstar
A word of warning, the small port which appears the have a tempreture sender bunged into a piece of hose should be plumbed into a cold return loop back to the water pump (usually via something such as heater or turbo) to enable coolant flow to make the thermostat open. Otherwise you may hotspot the head even though the temp gauge may be reading low. This was scribble 'A' for the rwd 4g63t in the mazda.
sr2
. I made a spacer that fitted between the thermostat housing and the head and ran both the inlet and outlet under the inlet manifold and hooked them up to a twin-pass radiator. fuel
You can also re-locate the thermostat housing to the front of the head
