(been quietly going insane in Melbourne Au lockdown for seemingly forever) when i first read your ideas, i first thought of this project which the guy has nearly finished. thought I'd share it here for you in case it resonates or entertains some thought manufacturing process. feel free to update all your threads to keep the dream alive. Cheers Dean.
yoeddynz
Oh sweet! I'll check that out (in the morning though because knackered now) Thanks very much for the link Dean. I'm stoked you've been enjoying my threads- its neat that they have given you something entertaining to read while in lockdown. I'll certainly keep updating them because even at the very least I like to see them as a sort of build diary for myself to remind me when I'm old of how much time I spent working on funny old cars Alex

(don't get too caught up watching all his videos, we need important updates here )
yoeddynz
Yeah- he's been mentioned to me before. I should check out some of his videos for sure. But youtube can be such a rabbit hole and time absorber I do my best to not get too sucked in
yoeddynz
Just glad my threads are keeping you entertained, safe at home in Melbourne, instead of you heading out with your hi viz on and start fights at protests in the name of freedom.... Already saw some memes floating around along the lines of .. "release the earthquakes, that will stop these protests" etc. yes, youtube rabbit holes are real, especially Allen Millyard's channel (he built a mountain bike also with internal gears and made his own shock absorbers for it etc.. so, just have a short look .. for ideas/inspiration etc. and come straight back to OS for updates .
