kyteler
Fuck, I could go a Queen St reminisce. 90's turbo Japanese cars abound, VR-4's with Bad Boy stickers, Evo's filled to the brim with people wondering why they had lost all their torque.. S13's when they were "cheap" and $800 AE86's doing skids because who the fuck cares. Then old mate mayor got all grumplestiltskin and tried to knock that shit on the head.
0R10N
Yeah, keen for one last hurrah before winter. anyone keen for getting messed up and doing town laps sometime soon? Oh man, I remember the glory days of bumper to bumper traffic and taking two playthroughs of Master of Puppets to drive the length of Queen St. Hundreds of cars in the gravel pit where the old Oriental Markets used to be, jokers caning it side by side down Quay St, and harlequin paintjobs galore. You could let your passengers out at McDolans for a waz, and you would only be 20 metres further down the road by the time they got back. I still fondly recall the night one of the guys riding shotgun got epically pissed, took a megaphone to town, and started yelling at anything and everything out the window of the car.

I did donuts inside the oriental markets building in my r32 once Actually my Mrs did a film assignment on 'town' life one night, followed some girls going to the loaded hog, and us cruising round town. I should see if it is any good

MIRAGE-MAN
Man I wish I was old enough to do all that shit, back then. All I remember as a youngin in the late 90's early 2000's are all the boy racers that used to hoon around in the early 80's Ford Lasers, and Mazda 323's and Ford Cortina's / Escorts and KE Corollas and Toyota Starlets. Then came the Fast and the Furious movie in 2002 and before ya know it they were then driving multicoloured Mazda Familia's with wacky body kits. That what I remember seeing when I was young. And those days are gone. Fast And The Furious did change the scene though. Big time.
