So I thought I might buy one. Until I saw the price of them here in Pomgolia…. Then I thought I might make one….

ok i looked it up,  and the oil cooler line on an rx7 is apparently a 23mm hex.

They were longer but I snapped the blade when I was setting the blades, made from ball race bearings outer race.

made a box last night

 

it might have held something similar originally, as it was divided in 2, but I modified that bit, cut it down shorter and added a groove for the sliding top.

Made up a paint mask on my vinyl cutter and whizzed it all together 

 

 

This is the BSW set. I have also a UNC and NF set (yes NF, prior to unification) which will get a box together

My Wifey was a bit jealous of the workbench I built myself and wanted something similar.  A bought a bunch of macro sleepers from marketplace a while back and still have a bit of rata left.  Knocked this outdoor bar leaner up over the xmas break.  I cheated this time as there are a few screws in it, but nothing you can see

I got one of them wintec bikes a while back, but it was a bit jankey and no one in the family used it as it was loud, vibratey and the chain fell off every five minutes, so I used parts from the crackhead electric skateboard I got ages ago, along with a few AliExpress items and converted it to be an EV. 800w motor, power tool batteries, belt drive for smooth silent operation, and gold wheels for that John Player Special vibe. Goes really well and much more child/wife friendly.
