kicker
Work looks good! Wish I had waited a bit longer when sorting my surge tank but I have already painstaking fabricated a hanger to fit in an off the shelf one. I might still need a larger coolant header tank so will keep you in mind

That's pretty much in line with a smaller China spec baffled can etc. And yeah, can do with either M16 threaded or welded on barb fittings. 2 hours ago, kicker said: Work looks good! Just simple welded on barbs etc, if I was to give you dimensions and shit could you make one to suit or is that a massive ballache?

Been doing 100x100 ones as I've got a full 5m length of it/dunno if I'm equipped or skilled enough to do sheet metal fabricated cans yet.
63Ragtop
All good bro, as I say no rush. 100mm will be a bit tight in the vw tiny engine bay, would be more like 70-75mm, but will have to mock up everything first to see. Thank you kindly.
Raizer
Looks like 75x75 should be easy enough for me to get my hands on, or rectangle tube opens up options too

Top quality bit of kit! Big upgrade over the small one I had before, couldn’t drain it easily so it’d overflow etc. /wheezy +T TD27 life. Mounted to the inner guard with rivnuts and some spacers so the wiring loom can run behind it still. Drain pops out under the guard with a tap. So handy! See the mess from the old one Just needs some hose clamps and oil rated hose. But running rad overflow hose and no clamps hasn’t failed yet lol. 10/10 top notch thank thank @Raizer
GuyWithAviators
Drain tap and mess from old small one and then still found room for air horns. Good stuff

Popular Post MaxPower
Some of you may remember my welding skills from such episodes as welding a tow coupling on with half a damp rod on east cape ride. Today I put those skills to use and made a steel rack and wished I had done so a long time ago, am planning on putting a drop saw in the middle.

Popular Post ajg193
I stopped by an electronics recycling place today and found a computer I have been looking for for a while. I then proceeded to upgrade it from a pentium three with 128mb of ram to an i5 with 32gb. Was good fun at pbtech when the guy couldn't figure out what I was doing. 23
