This is fun. Should be fun-er soon.

Glad you ripped into that vinyl so quickly, literally.

Also glad that grill is out to be painted black.

I think we should paint it with 4x cans of export quality until you can afford to do properly. What's better than an averagely shit paintjob? An awful spraybomb with your mates in a shed on the piss.

Lets do it.

No thanks sparkle that paint can idea sounds about as good as your stretched rally tyres on 7" rims idea. It serves a purpose, peeling paint and exposed bog will suffice until rust repair / coat of jam is complete

13 x fuck knows (maybe 5?) tyres are 155/80's..

Was going to give a polish up and use as spears for the wag, but i'd say race car is a far better fitting home..

Let me know if your keen

that looked a handful/fun , couple of things to think about/try 1; thumbs up (not through spokes) I am told thumb and wrist injuries hurt like hell ! 2; if you run a little toe-out at the front the locked diff should be more driver friendly and sorting the ratio will help too . cheers Tim

yes i learned off the thumbs thing when i got a little whack, my co driver here was unable to drive for about 4 years of his rallying career due to a shattered wrist in a rather large escort end for end, that steering wheel is just quite slippery to hold without thumb grip

this was my father in laws fastest run in the car of the day, about 35 years of rally experience, think his fastest run had 5 seconds on mine. His braking is much later, figure 9 exit much better and confidence on the gas down the hill and around the off camber right hander at the bottom of the hill was much higher https://youtu.be/-EzRFD2MGTA
