Had a Friend pop over who was a fabricator and is way better than me at this stuff.

 We quickly decided 3" was NOT going to fit no matter how hard I dreamed it would so went wit 2.5"

Few mm clearance between everything will hopefully (please) be enough 

Clears the radiator fan and the gearbox mount

Clears the factory cross member

Just clears the sump and the transfer case

Dunno why my phone shit the bed on focus there 

Made it in two sections so make access easier, I'm super stoked with how it has come out so thanks again jason

Now i can brush up on my lack of tig skills and weld it all together

Inhave had mild steel flanges on stainless tube for like 15 years at this point

if you use 309 rods itll be fine.

failing that 316 rods will also be super ace.

90% sure I got some 309 rods in the hoard somewhere for doing similar bullshit

Didn't have any 309 rods. Got some 312 and ended up finding 316 and using them. 

Downpipe even comes out in one piece 

2.5" will be plenty enough really, the turbo isn't that big 

Felt ambitious and thought I'd practise my tig skills

Still need lots of practise 

It is stuck together and will probably crack at some stage but I get what I pay for

Will give it a tickle with the grinder and tag in a friend to do the flanges and fix the weird shit on the China flange 'stainless'
