kyteler
Lewl, Austin ones on that Lotus are yuck too Cheaper to get a VW handle than a Ferrari one. I see what you're saying and the thought process I just don't see it working.
SOHC
LOL lots of bits on this home made triumph car are just other car bits flipped upside down and swapped from left to right

Ghostchips
3 pages and all he's done is drag it home and point out the tail light is broken. The alfa door handle doesn't look too bad from here.
mikuni
Definitely need more pictures of this thing. I am intrigued and I love a unique car with a history. Even if it is a half arsed attempt at one.
camo_78
you know what would make errrything look better??tridents and eagers
The Dude
I love Tridents and eagers, honestly, although I'm honestly thinking of Wires? or Revolutions. I'm undecided on door handles as of yet, i have looked at some weird alternatives, but I do have a set of Marina ones in the lock up!!! I'll get up some more photo's when it arrives at the lock up, I tried my best to get it to the Ferry, but err yeah it wasn't a case of dropping in a battery and going for gold. Here's a random question should I just start a Zebra Dudes Shed Thread? because there is so much going on that actually dont even become project cars! For instance Bigfoots 323 GT, the Oxfords we stripped, the cart, the bikes, the pushbikes and more!!!

63Ragtop
Some would say it's still owned by a nutter!! keen to see/read more about your weird(awesome) world.
Ghostchips
Nutters are the only ones who save them until they become genuinely interesting and historic.

The alfa door handle doesn't look too bad from here. Hasn't been dragged home yet, still on old Man Jenkins' driveway/gravel patch on the Island. Engine suggestions: Another Triumph 2.0/2.5 - Will bolt straight in Falcon SOHC six - Heaps of torque (maybe too much), injected, reliable and cheap Holden 202 - Because you already have a reconditioned one Toyota 3SGE Beams and 6 speed manual - Available very cheaply Pinto - The pinnacle of overhead cam, crossflow engines Kent - 1100, but maybe a 1300 with extractors if you're serious about performance LD28 - Cheap running and will keep the underbody well lubricated Sadly it won't fit a V8 without serious widening
