RUNAMUCK
Karl said this was a good score. He also told me it's getting the full Dan Smith treatment. To which I replied, being build awesomely to 97% finished, and sold off/sold off in parts. lol at least to a meke skid before you sell this one mate.

d.p.n.s
I know the 1ggte will be a tight fit but its a wee bit longer than the 302w and that fits. Will make a nice sleeper

Gaz
Looks good in there! Any cert issues with making ya own Crossmember?
d.p.n.s
Not sure gas its strong and well gusseted .I still have to make another small cross member behind it for steering rack witch will bolt to the chassis and join to the front cross member... So should be strong....at worst I would imagine they would want more gussets... Find out at a layer date.

Kinda wanted a mk2 since you had yours...but every time I had the cash Karl didn't want to sell the mustard 1... And when he did ......I didn't have the cash. westy
Any thoughts on running a heater at all? Always been curious whether it was possible, what with all the V8s and the like being screwed into Eskys and Cortinas and the first thing to go is always that bulgy bit on the firewall. d.p.n.s
I will be using a heater.was never going to use the factory 1as they are pretty shit.......sooooo......I wouldn't mind a hotrod aftermarket heater. But I may go and have a look around pick a part when I get to it and see if there's something I can use.

d.p.n.s
Very very cool  Please tell me your ditching the factory twin for a nice big single Why yes I am young man. Thinking td05 or 6 , 7m injecters , link ecu , nice big front mount , for now.. If I could have got the SC in there swell it would have been Xr6t garret m12 , small intercooler SC14 larger intercooler.andthr rest. RUNAMUCK
Just do a nice power bulge in the bonnet. And don't run a shitty SC14, stick a big eaton on it!

There is probably enough room to make a inlet manifold/Eaton SC as 1 and keep it under the hood.
