kyteler Posted February 28, 2015 Author Share Posted February 28, 2015 Painted man, I freehand hand painted all the Japanese on with a 10mm brush. Took a bit but came out relatively sharp (from a distance of course) I forget exactly what was going on with the motor, I took all the lines off again though, bled the pump with no lines attached, bled the lines to the injectors then nipped it up and re bled before tightening it. Actually, before that I ran some compressed air down the fuel lines to and from the tank. Also replaced the filter once I had it all going. There's still a couple of minor injector and coolant leaks, also a lack of choke mechanism so I give it a little bit of throttle on start up til it runs smooth on all cylinders.
