Yea I pulled it apart to see what the layout was, there are 2x fans that are mirrored, but I cannot find a part number for just that one. Quote

But that fan you could physically rock the moving assembly a tiny bit, which you couldn't with the other one. But at least now I have the specific fan model so have ordered one off Alix. But in the meantime it isn't screeching at me 4 Quote

igor Posted Tuesday at 22:56 Posted Tuesday at 22:56 Crisis averted. The issue seems to have been largely due to a mild case of oldgeezeritis. The program was hung up somehow, wouldn't open properly or close. When I went to restart the machine I saw it had updates pending so went "load updates and restart" and it did that and now everything just works. 1 Quote
