ajg193
No intake leak I am aware of but I I'll take a detailed look Idle has settled at 13.5" after tuning. Saying that, I am running excess air through at idle and using the ECU to control the timing to pull idle speed down to 1000 rpm, just stops the speed undershooting 1000 when coming off throttle with headlights on. Timing needs to constantly jump around between 5 and 18 degrees to give it a smooth idle, with a bit of offset depending on if electrical loads are active

Beaver
Looks like it needs a key? So smash the shit out of it with a screwdriver? Or there are some that need magnets.

I don't have the key so will resort to brute force/grinder

Now, any tips on removing aluminium valve caps that have been soaked in sea water? I think I'll have to get new valves fitted to all 4 wheels.

tortron
theres a tool that installs valve stems without taking the tyre off the bead. you sidecutter the old ones off, poke them inside. then this thing slams the new one in real hard, dry
Nominal
Had a go with side cutters but they seem pretty hard. Could risk a cutoff disc I suppose.
