headlight reflector conundrum

OK so the WB has reflectors that aren't too shiny

I have a few options.

-NOS reflectors to suit WB approx $250

-NOS or good second hand JB camira OR XE Falcon reflectors as they both fit and use the same internal clips. Unfortunately they have a hole for he park lamp but YOLO (duct tape)

-replating or chroming my existing lenses at professional platers

-the DIY approach, silver polish, silver electricity-less replating solutions (dunno if that's right for this) and replating the surface by hand using adhesive and silver leaf (unsure of ability to handle high heat.. I wouldn't expect much)

What have others done/what would they do or not do again?

Hi, I have an American Motorhome one headlight has been deemed no good for a COF, The whole unit is made from a plastic type compound & it's lost its reflective ability, is there any way this can be recoated ?,  these lights are also used in a 1986-90 Saab 9000, seems like they are now obsolete. Have a read here for plastic chroming.

There's some pretty good chrome/reflective hydrodipping available now which would in my opinion be a better option being protected inside the lamp
