mjrstar
^^ yeah it is him, I think the leafs can be made to handle fairly well without the need to go 4 link? He'll just have to do a bit more than fit an air filter for me to maintain interest in his project fred.

Rear discs and an LSD will be money well spent in the rear to begin with! No rush though. Getting it on the road is priority number 1. It's you! It IS! HI ED! danger
Hope the bonnet lines up better than the fibreglass one a mate bought for his car. I couldn't get it to fit at all well, was like they'd used a fucked bonnet for the mould. Ended up having to fix the rusty original bonnet. Yeah the fitment isn't perfect, gonna have to slot the hinges a bit to pull it forward. Plan is to repair the factory one in the long term for the sake of keeping an original one on hand. It'll do for the meantime
danger
Fair enough. Looks like the same type of bonnet to me. IIRC it was about 1/8" too wide at the front drivers side corner. Would caution anyone against buying from that guy

Would caution anyone against buying from that guy Mines just has the mount points for the hinges a few mm too far back. Means the rear of the bonnet catches/rubs on the heater vent cover as you open it. Nothing a bit of work with a file hasn't sorted though. Shut lines are far from perfect and it could come another 5mm forward to line up at the front, but its good enough for me. Once I eventually get the brakes sorted I'll get the Aerocatches fitted and have it painted.
