M_C
Nice to see some action on it. What are the plans?
ESKIN8R
Good stuff, finally working on it! Did you end up finding the panels you were after? Well got a boot lid and bonnet. They are reasonable. Going to be ordering a bunch of panels from palmside. Nice to see some action on it. What are the plans? Just a full original restoration. Tempting to mod it! Ditching hotwires and will restore the sport wheels and prob get some minitlies for it.

BLIZZO
nice, my father in law had one in the same red until 2 months ago. He originally got it to use as a rally car after his last one was written off but it was just too nice, 40 thou original miles. he repainted it and put some sweet turbos on it. Sat in his shed for years until he sold it this year, man i wish i had the money at the time to buy it, so pine.
locost_bryan
Looking good! Any particular reason for going with 14" wheels?
ESKIN8R
Looking good! Any particular reason for going with 14" wheels? Just how they fill the guards a bit more in terms of wheel to tyre ratio. Will give them a hoon and see how I feel about them. Restoring the factory wheels aswell. mk2marty
It's looking brilliant so far, looks like just the right shade of Brigade Red too. Nice work man
ESKIN8R
It's looking brilliant so far, looks like just the right shade of Brigade Red too. Nice work man Thanks mate! Getting colour right was quite important to me. Car wasn't the right shade to start with. Dupont's paint database seems to have the colour pretty good. Had a sample off PPG database made and was way wrong.
J-W-G
That red looks god damn sexy. Are you doing it yourself or getting a qualed painter to do it all?
