Snoozin
Mine did nose wheelies with ease, it's also the best way to start doing a burnout... drive in 1st at pace, slam on picks with left foot whilst keeping the loud pedal on the floor... bigfoot
I havd always wanted to get one of these and shorten it (yes, shorten) and put hoops over the roof for sweet flips
Steelies
a guy at work has seen one roll frontwards down the driveway here, another had his blow on it's side while parked in waipukarau with a cable drum in the back.
M Night Shamalayan
Hahahah oh jesus..... Why were they ever allowed on the road? Horrible/awesome vehicles. Mrs hates it. Flat mate hates it. Mission accomplished.
vivaspeed
Awesome! Cool van. They certainly do nose stands well. Saw one lock up right next to me, did a little nose stand, backside swung around landed at like 45 degrees from straight. Dude inside was white as a sheet. M Night Shamalayan
Has anyone chucked 14's on one of these before? I have a set from my other car with 175/60R14's on them... Hoping it'll take them. Currently running 155/80R13's on the rear. So they're almost the same in size as the 14's. But the front is a 155SR12 on one side and a 155/80R12 on the other. Why does one of my tyres not have the profile listed on it? It looks smaller than the 155/80 on the other side too... Erp
Beaver
thats the old way of measureing tyres, they basically had a default sidewall profile which works out to 82ish (so basically an 80)

Seedy Al
Get rich to this etc I think they look stupid on anything but 13's
M Night Shamalayan
Roger that. I was hoping the 155SR12 was smaller than the 155/80R12, and that would explain why its sitting lower on one side.... ERP. Will try fit my 14's at some point and see what happens.
M Night Shamalayan
But yeah, will be on the hunt for 13's. Will just run 14's (if they fit) for safety until I find the perfect wheel/tyre.
camo_78
i got 13x7s with 215/50 13s on the hjiet, but hijets have a bigger guard cut than the suzukis on the front so that is probably too wide to fit :/
Seedy Al
175/50/
M Night Shamalayan
I spose 175/50R13 wont be toooo bad, considering I'll only be running round town anyway. No motorway driving. So wont be ringing the fuck out of it. Out of interest, with your one on that size tyre, Al, what rpm were you doing at motorway speed (approx 90kph I guess..?) M Night Shamalayan
Build thread briefly updated. - CLICK MEWof failed. Mechanically not too bad, just some bushes and steering boots. Minor.Worst part is damage to driver side front corner.Prev repairer has just filled it, rather than pulled it straight. Absolute virgin....WoF guy has quoted me $500 for his in house panel beater to pull it all straight. Floor pan at drivers feet needs pulling, door frame needs pulling, and metal below windscreen needs popping out.Anyone keen to beat that price? Haha. Unpainted of course, I'll be doing that myself. 1vaknd
i had 13x 6 +13 advan a3a's on my st90 ute and i had to get a bit of hamer action up front. 2" blocks at back and as previos mentioned, take an inch out of the front top spring perch and you are away laughing. i swapped diff with a datsun 1200. went from 5.1 ratio to 3.9. much nicer on motorway to daily too and from work. suprisingly tourqey motors. (mine was a f8a)
