So if anyone missed it on trademe I spent more then I should of to buy this thing back from insurance.

Can't let these old girls die

It's in a very sad state unfortunately, but seeing as I own a 66 crown already it made sense to have two for shed flex or whatever

Should probably start a thread for the other one but meh

Pics for your viewing pleasure

Left outside to rot because of a broken windscreen......

Interior is a mess, rust on every panel, good motor is gone,

Was handed to insurance for a payout so now it's deregistered.

I would like to be optimistic and get it fixed because you just don't see these old girls anymore but for now I need a couple small things to get my white crown legal so will serve it's purpose as spare parts for time being.

Yeah dude I actually picked it up with Josh 12 years ago and it was such a good solid car. I have found some bits n bobs on yahoo.jp so if I can get it back to its  former glory I will. Or could just chuck a cool motor in a roll in it as is 🤷

Any chance you could write me up some paperwork to help when I register it?

Would be choice if so

Was on the tele ringer with a bloke that's prepared to mould and make me a batch of windscreens, keen to find anyone else in nz with a 40 series crown that may be interested in buying in on the batch??

Have spoken to the couple with the wagon in b.o.p. and they're in.

Was always talk of about 6 of these kicking around so who knows where ????

Who does windscreens in NZ? Or is it an overseas crowd? Similar issues for 230 Datsun coupes, near impossible to source now and low numbers originally

I found the details on oldschool from the guy with rt40 rona up north that needed one. See if I can locate it.
