RUNAMUCK Posted December 6, 2010 Posted December 6, 2010 I love AP's to the max! This should do some choice skids. Quote
Avenga Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 Nice Valiant. The 383 looks great in there. Looks like it just fit. 1 Quote
Valiant Posted December 10, 2010 Author Posted December 10, 2010 Thanks guys. Yes Its a tight fit in there but it works. Yes skids are no problems, its a bit stink with an open diff though. I want to get an LSD and a 3.23 or 3.5 to ond crownwheel and pinion but its an expensive job. 2 Quote
10Speed Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 missed this the first time around... it is awesome my first car was an AP5.. 1 Quote
Valiant Posted August 5, 2012 Author Posted August 5, 2012 Sweet cheers. What happened to your one? Quote
Valiant Posted August 5, 2012 Author Posted August 5, 2012 Nice! What are those seats? Thanks. They are race tech blanks with the tops cut off and re covered in red vinyl. I didn't have much fore thought though and brought small ones so they're a little tight now. Pete.. you have so many lush lush seats Seat whore? Quote
RUNAMUCK Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 my first car was an AP5.. Ditto. They have a smell all their own. (although mine smelt like burnt rubber, and a bottle of marque vue that got spilled in the back seat) 1 Quote
andy Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 Nice work! That engine sits perfect in the bay. Quote
Valiant Posted August 5, 2012 Author Posted August 5, 2012 Thanks andy, It took quite a bit of work to get it there. These are narrower than VE up so it's a tight fit. Ditto. They have a smell all their own. (although mine smelt like burnt rubber, and a bottle of marque vue that got spilled in the back seat) You're a hard act to follow Bart. Quote
Mr.Mk1 Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 Needs more low or less wheel but thats all i can pick on! Great car! I always forget you own this too 1 Quote
Valiant Posted August 5, 2012 Author Posted August 5, 2012 Needs more low or less wheel Haha, yeah I am in two minds when I look at it too. I'm not really prepared to change either at the moment though. Quote
10Speed Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 swapped mine for a '78 323... before it/I was overwhelmed by rust... Quote
