So once I locate the breather hole on the crankcase, I attach the pipe to the intake manifold with a pcv valve? And run the top breather hole to my catch can?

vent your crankcase breather to a catch can as well, since you run boost at idle and never run at vacuum your pcv valve would never open, so your crankcase pressure will never be relieved and go through the head like it seems to now, which maybe the problem you have at the moment if their is already a pcv valve in it. maybe someone else that has supercharger could point you in the right direction with their set up?

Just a heads up for you or any other hunter owners looking for bits, I saw one wrecking today at Takanini Pick a Part. Still Pretty complete. Missing bootlid and passenger rear door.. seats gone too i think. looked like gearbox was there, didnt look under the bonnet. Looked tidy from the outside. Recent purple paint job, black interior, not exactly original looking, could be a few good bits on it?

just another thought, if you wantesd to run things under vacuum you could tee in to your intake pipe between ya filter and supercharger, if you have one and run things from there, using catch cans so the blowby oil doesnt go through ya supercharger/intake manifold.

Yea, seen that, added it to my watch list. Bit too much dollars for me..... Spent more than I had hoped for a warranted car so far...

Hard to afford stuff with xmas/new years in south Island + heading to melbourne in jan...

Thinking of getting a cheap as hell run about for now. And then keep chipping away at the car...
