Give to me Chris on Friday

I'll take it back down and drop it to Nikis for Seedy on Monday afternoon when I get back to Wellington.

Seedy I assume you will be sticking around Welly until then?

Sweet Al - you tee it up with the tall clumsy one and as I'm crashing at the Gross pad on Friday and Saturday it will be easy to pick up and bring back. Text me if you are leaving early or I'm not in Welly in time and I'll courier it up to you on Tuesday.

Edit - sorted

Came passed and knocked but no answer so left it on Niki's doorstep. I assume you got it as Dave's car was outside so you hadn't left yet.

Hi,

Long time build thread reader, first time build discussion poster (for this vehicle).

It's looking sweet AL, do you think you will have it all sorted for Nats?

Or are you just going to print off a wof sticker for it?

Either way, love your work, keep it up.

whats a warrent haha

lets just say, I'm rolling super illegit

So I cant even quit

but yeah, Wiring on the ecu is done, Just picking up some relays today, so tonight will be wiring in relays and connecting the battery up for the first time in a year, hope I put everythingh back as it should go.

then need to trace out some power wires to feed ecu and it should be go time.

have some pics, will post tonight.

Along with getting it running still need to mount a rad fan and get the cooling lines all done, but they are all moked up.

And.................. maybe moddify the massive roof rack i have sitting outside at home to fit it so i can carry my whole life on the roof

heh, well...... those rims might not be on this anymore

I have gotten rid of the hiace without the mesh rims, so they are back on this again.

The 8's are just a tiny to wide for my liking

where as the mesh rims fit pretty good.

And yeah, totally happy most the wiring is over. it was very gay having to cut each single wire and re wire to suit another ecu. so much tracing and checking etc

so alternator wiring. Are you using the original 110 wiring? And a jz alternator?

If so. I am pretty sure you just need to connect lamp and ignition. Leave off the sense. This is how my 110 is done and works mint.

If you get stuck at all ring Yowzer, we've spent hours tracing and double checking the alternator circuit on my car. He's way smarter than me so can explain it better.
