I don't think satin finish white will be that great at staying white. My crossmember is now brunswick green. Was going to drop the engine in today, but first I had a poke around under the chassis rail and found some nasties under a splash shield: someone put pieces of the planet Mars in there? Weird. So chassis repairs - I assume needs to be professionally done, or at least done to a professional standard.. Since I don't really have money at the moment I think this means I'll focus on getting the ute running well for nats instead of this. Will have to take the van to Nelson next year instead. Boo.
