Alistair Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Top stuff man, you have a knack for this sorta thing and it shows! Car looks to be progressing well, keep it up! Quote
cheater_5 Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Can it go any lower on the BC's? Those Equip 03s rip shit up, but man I'd love to see this with a little less tyre and much lower... Quote
kpr Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 can go bit lower, but travel limiting factor. chassis is only 70-80mm off the ground. so its lower than the tyre to guard ratio suggests. 14's will do that to ya. Thats brilliant work man, love it, looks like its meant to be like that - factory stock kinda look - any idiot can make anything custom, making it look like it was always intended to look like stock is where the art is.. sweet thats what i was after, wasnt too keen on bolt on's Quote
kyteler Posted August 31, 2009 Posted August 31, 2009 Fuck, that's top notch man. Fucking top notch. Huge respect for all the work you do. Quote
Truenotch Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 Front guards on the back is smart.... Makes a lot of sense. whats next? Quote
Guest Posted September 3, 2009 Posted September 3, 2009 Have seen that guard idea done before on MZ10 Soarer, its fucking sweet, so keen to do that with factory trim around it etc. Quote
kpr Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 whats next? this pretty much: get it going fool. after brakes and guards finished. diff, fuel system, engine that works etc. heaps to do still Quote
Roman Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 You break an axle? IRS conversion? mean! Quote
Vintage Grumble Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 That's cheating, that's what that is. Quote
FuzzayD Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 Crazy jap to the day's. Damn shorty that shit is whack. Sir you're cars ride height seems to have dropped dramatically perhaps a collapsed leaf spring is afoot. Quote
drftnmaz Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 did you bend you axel slighlty or is it a camera trick? Quote
kpr Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 have bent the case yeh, just threw up a few more pics Quote
treggo Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 Forgive my ignorance but won't you fall into issues with that? Quote
Vintage Grumble Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 Something that came to mind, if you pull an axel out, will it go back in? Quote
kpr Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 can get away with a bit of bend. axles still go in fine. may cut its lifespan down a bit. but not enough to worry about Quote
