OSM Garage
Page 6?! Mint weather last coupla days. I couldn't waste it ALL away playing GTA4......... So, Saturday morning I told myself ill do some work on the lil lancer. Pushed it out of the garage......scratched my ass.......dreamed about driving it, and then put it back in the garage! Sunday was more productive. After changing oil and filter on the Missus car I pulled the lancer back out of the garage and finally did something. Task for today was to pull the windscreen out to hack at the A pillars. Out pops the windscreen. Exposing a little bit more rust then i expected. So the next couple of weeks/weekends will be rust repairs. Yay Little change in direction with this vehicle. Was going to go for 14" jap wheels, but I think im gonna keep it nana spec. On the outside. Except I think ill widen the steelies 13x7 and 13x8 maybe.... CHUR!
OSM Garage
**RUST REPAIRS!** Im pretty much a novice when it comes to this shit but ill give it a go! Didn't know how to approach the rust so I just hacked at the pillars with a cutting disc Think I have bitten off more than I can chew. Ahh well..... Had to be done! Upper pillar rust All ready for welding The finished product. I think its not too bad. For my first attempt atleast. Dummy'n up the replacement "thing" for the bottom. This one is going to be tricky! The last bit of rust to do on the car Big hole. If all going well all the rust work should be all done by next weekend. Slap a bit of bog here and there and should be ready for paint Decided I mite just paint it myself (with the help and guidance of others) instead of paying someone. I could have this ready for new years if I tried...........BUT nah!
OSM Garage
Well.....I didnt have this ready for new years. As expected. Today has been the first time in a while I have actually toughed this thing. Ive run outta gas for the mig so rust repairs have come to a halt. Pulled the car out for a test trial of 8" Sigma rims Pretty much really Think 13x8 might be ok. Dont know. Enjoy

Especially when YOU suck at it. Anyone wanna do it for me? Oh, and much to my wife's disappointment, I accidentally brought ANOTHER EX Lancer Im actually thinking of building some sort of race thingee. Not sure yet. OSM Garage
Page 15...... Pitiful update as well. After 10 months, my doors are now paneled. Hopefully with these back, I may get motivation to do something with this thing. Time will tell.
OSM Garage
WOAH, Page 34 - Last post 2012 So yeah, I still have this thing and has been hiding away in my little shed filled with crap. Neglected all these years. I found out with the Sigma wagon that if I give myself a deadline that I have a better chance of completing something. So I have set one out for the Lancer. The deadline is Early December 2016 - OS Drag Day Nothing has been done to this car for the past 3+ years except obtain parts. Yesterday I went for a stroll around Zebra Car Parts as Bigfoot told me about a Lancer that had arrived. Managed to score the grill which is actually in real great shape, a digital clock and a cool bonnet emblem which probably wont find its way on the Lancer, but cool none the less. Ive collected other bits and pieces and will get to those later. The only thing to do really is save a whole lotta cash and get this thing panelled and painted Happy New Years Y'all
