eke_zetec_RWD
still havnt dynod it. the brand new rockers i put in it were shit/soft as it turned out so got cam reground and got some flash new rockers for it. runs mint as but fuck its a loud motor. just loud a, im wondering if the inlet manifold has something to do with it? maby the shock wave of the inlet valves closing resonating up the runners? plus loud injectors? hope so. has good oil pressure and responds well. . . . . will dyno next week on low boost say 10psi or what ever the wastegate it set to. then in a few months have high low boost switch to maby 20psi. cant wait. eke_zetec_RWD
ok well dyno day today. didnt go well. after we got it running it missd hard high rpm n under boost. checked normal stuff. seems to be ignition rather than fuel. = gay. changed to flaSH coil with no difference. so yea ran out of time realy. every thing seems fine. so i got a huge 130hp atw at 4500 rpm with a huge miss lol at 7 psi. eke_zetec_RWD
been on dyno again today. went much better160kw atw on 18psi 120kw atw on 10 psi has 380nm at 3000rpm! should go like a rocket. stoaked. holly shit, done a few hundy kms on it now and it is awsome fast in the little escort and im only running it at 90kwatw!! my suspension works a treat holds mean in the tight stuff and with the fat torque curve it pulls in any gear. hope to do some laps at manfeild in weekend and i predict around 1min 19 ish lol fuk who knows

eke_zetec_RWD
been a while. with my new head on with a cam i got 180kw atw. torque curve stayed higher everywhere than old cam. bad news is the turbo has run out of puff. now has cronic serge at lower revs as it comes on full boost so fast that the engine cant consume it all. and at high revs the boost will fall away. if waste gate is held closed the air charge is so hot power goes down. so new turbo is on its way! gt30 with a .63ar exhaust. this will have more lag but my motor cudnt take the boost down low anyway so might be spot on. looks sick 2!!!! 4 inch intake!!! want to finish off interior and enter it in the feilding 4 and rota show.
