Ah Michael, your humor knows no bounds. I was going to paint it in the many hues of your inability to finish anything, but of course, I'm only painting a car, not an aircraft carrier. 5 18

Popular Post cletus
Hi David . I like that red. However I have noticed a technical issue that I'm not sure you have noticed Your supercharger pulley ribs go the wrong way! Also I cant see where your carburettors are going to go or where your mr garlits 3 hole fake scoop is. Regards, Clinton
yetchh
I wonder what the collective horsepower drain of all those pulleys on that one belt would be.. That red's kind of a candy apple, 121 was gonna be that red with a black flip back in 97.. Looks good too..
cletus
I drove a van with a 1uz in it once that had had toothed pulleys/extreme gilliez put on all of the accessories Goodness me it was noisy. RRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE It must have cost a fortune to make it all work. 2

piazzanoob
for the colour choice were you thinking the candy apple red on the new mazda 6's and cx3's? if so that colour is nice. also what did you use to strip the paint in the engine bay? looks pretty good
sheepers
The colour is Mazda soul red. Im a little confused about the exact code, it's either 41V or 46V. For paint stripping I use strip discs on the grinder turned down to about half speed, then I use the little belt sander to get the little hard to reach spots then I use the 50 or 75mm DA Sanders with 80 grit paper to finish up. It takes ages but it's got to be done. 4

ProZac
46V should be the right code. It's the colour we went with for the racecar at Uni this year, it looks unreal. Dooooo iiiiit.

_Matt
How well does that copper spray paint react with Tig welding? From what I’ve heard it can create some problems, even with mig
sheepers
So far it's been really good. The weld works with no issue and it seems to handle the heat well.
