oldnrusty
Progress is ok, being held up by everyone else. Master Cylinder has been sent down south, ABC had some problems with thread on the end of the piston or something. Poweder coaters were dragging the chain with the new Narrow Beam but The Metric Nut said today that hes got it back and sending it up as we speak. Hope its at work tomorrow then i can start bolting shit back on. Forgot to put a after for this patch, Sprayed the bits that matter, and just layered up the rest with primer (red oxcide) Inside of the front guards all painted up, looks really good, and had the time coz everything being delayed and hate the feeling of doing nothing but having so much to do, just cant do it aahhh Painted up the streering box, and packed it FULL of greese, as long as it passes WOF, feels good but have to wait till its back on the car to get a good feel And did the streering damper as well, ground the funk out of it in the bench grinder at work came out really good pretty stoked with the finish This ball joint is the 2nd best condition, there all (apart from one) tight as funk, and there "boots" are screwed Here you can see the old SWEET NO bump stops at all, not even the mounts, was good coz i still had good travel but thats kinda why my ball joints look the way they do and why my shocks are poked Gona paint the fuel tank before the new beam comes, Ive got my GF brother sorting the door sill out HOPEFULLY this weekend and then get in welded in early next week. Want to try and go for the WOF early next week, like Tuesday, give me a couple of day to sort any other shit that mite come up out. Busy weekeng me think, only thing is my misses is up in Auckland at the moe, 17 weeks job (film indst) got to go where the work is, but shes coming back down this weekend but more like if your know what i mean What ever happens ill be sore and tired
