Truenotch
Looks nice! I'd be keen to do the same thing with mine... Will have a look into whether it will work (I think my manifold opens p to 48mm).

eke_zetec_RWD
how you going to feed the cam wheel with oil? drill up the end and out the side into a grove on one on the jurnals? or are they already hollow cams anyway?
kpr
external vvt solenoid -> thru that plate -> into a grove in cam -> thru the center of cam to the pulley. dumps back into head behind seal like factory 20v still have a bit of machining to do. as need to find the best advance/retard angles, with a normal adjustable cam wheel on running engine. as likely to destroy a cam ever time i get it wrong, the way the pulley will attach to cam. Walker.NZ
Wheels look nice on the front man, wish i kept them for my kp now! haha ah well
4AG_Addict
I originally sold those 3 wheels to Walker.NZ. Got another set of 4, 14x6.5 +4 so you could run a staggered setup. Prob not looking to sell outright, but would be keen to swap for other sets or pairs of 14x6.5 - 14x8
kpr
got any pics man? guessing they have a flatter dish that the ones i have? something the same or slightly more aggressive is what i was after, fitment on the front it pretty much spot on. gonna shorten the diff more to fit what ever goes on the back. but staggered could work with spacer on front. 4AG_Addict
Yeah a bit flatter looking than the 7's. Searched for over 2 years to complete that set before I gave up & sold them
Roman
Is there any benefit in tidying up the shape of the throttle shaft/screws/throttle plate for when throttle is wide open?
kpr
guess could get a bit more flow out of them. /not worth the effort?
Roman
Most likely not, no haha.

mikuni
Wheels look great painted, but I think they suit the car better unpainted.
kpr
yeh will get it lowered back down and outside before i decide im thinking. possibly a different colour would work.
camo_78
i know im a bit late but id stick with the polished wheel look mate
kpr
not at all. wheels are way down the list, gotta shorten diff first. they don't fit on the back how it is. i'm just being lazy not wanting to strip the paint off, haha. will go the polished way, lowered the front down any they look alot better without the arch to tyre gap.
