fuel
yeah definitely sad to see how neglected it was, I guess I just lost a bit of motivation for it! Kinda like the Corolla. I just hope I don't sell this one for peanuts too haha.
Boxtype
Hi Phil, nice build there and lot of information. I have a question for you I just picked up an 82' Lancer Ex. What parts from a Mitsubishi Starion would I need to be able to use the Starion wheels on the Lancer? Thanks for the help
fuel
Which Starion wheels, am guessing the 5-lug widebody ones? You would need the Starion front struts and hubs and you would need to redrill the axle flanges in the rear and redrill the discs/drums to suit. Boxtype
Yes you are right the 5 lug wide body ones. Front struts annd hubs including rotors and calipers? My car EX has drum brakes will I be able to have those re-drilled to be able to use 5 lug wheels? Thanks for the info.
fuel
yes using the rotors and calipers would go without saying.. unless you want to do a brake upgrade but the Starion brakes should be more than sufficient for a Lancer EX
