rxsumo
Shit that mustve been hard to let go. Did I see somewhere you have ditched the large garage/moved?Gaz Actually wasnt that hard, the race car is really tidy, and we werent using the RX3 that much. I decided that rather than spend a heap of money developing the Mustang for motorsport, I would be better to do a deal on the race RX3, and use the money to restore the Cosmo instead. Yeah, found a house with a garage thats has the same square metreage as my old house and garages combined....all good
Snoozin
Sad to see the red coupe go, but that racecar is great! And I like the plans for it... I remember seeing that car doing Intermarque sprints years and years ago when I was pootling around in my Alfasud.

nothingsfree
As everyone else has mentioned, kinda sad to see the red beauty go. But I am all about a rx3 race car! After seeing your other work, I cant wait to see how this project turns out. Good luck..
Snoozin
Of course the restoration shifting up a gear on the Cosmo will also be amazing to see!
kiwi808
That was a nice RX-3 you had there mate, as the others have said, it is nice to see someone restore a 3. Would like to see more pictures of the race car sometime. That looks like a cool project.

yoeddynz
Looks cool. But I'm biased- the colour looks similar to my old coupe. How many turns lock to lock is the factory quick box?
rxsumo
Looks cool. But I'm biased- the colour looks similar to my old coupe. How many turns lock to lock is the factory quick box? All good, the steering box is 2 turns lock to lock...apparently the are like hens teeth to find

Flauski
Did you swap with Tony or sell RX-3 and buy Tony's? Both awesome cars, love em both
Truenotch
Wow! Mind blown over breakfast. 180hp 10A - awesome Grp 2 Flares - awesome Race splitters - awesome Factory Mazdaspeed bits - awesome. I've seen this thing a few times and it's a very tidy car - seemed to go well but I have no idea which engine it would have had at the time. Maiden voyage at R1 of the Intermarques?
