Alfadog
Nice, but I hope you didn't pay that much for it Personally I love the colour. That one huge crack in the bench seat must really really suck though

Leebo3
Mint car, I am not the greatest fan of turbo's though..
Gaz
Its a 1970. will look good next to my 69 esky ima thinking. I dont like the turbos either. mind it looks nice on them. Not modified, just slightly more sporty. Will probs get some 15s or 16s. i have some 15 on my mondeo at the mo which should fit. might be wrong offset but will try when i get the car bacj to welly. have just finished doing all the oils and replaciong some balljoints and lower arms. Also advanced timing and tuned a bit and goes alot better.
- i5oogt -
the colour suits it quite well, looking at that badge on the boot it looks like a 1300, it may have the wrong tapet cover on it, if you can post the engine number i can de-code it for you...... the turbos suit it quite well, when i get my mk2 wagon down to chch it will be getting wide turbos on it........ awesome car man!!! Gaz
Yeah its the 1300 shell etc with a 1600 in it. I think hes used the 1300 carb and shit tho. Its got the gay 1300 diff in it. Its also still running generator which sucks balls.
Gaz
The car is now in Welly. A great big 8 hour trip instead of 5 but it made it. The radiator is fucked which i hadnt noticed before. Runs fine round town. Only had to fill up 2 times tho which isnt too bad. The battery also isnt that great. And the vibration is back. Have to replace driveshaft 2moro maybe. Got it back and the missus took it for a drive. just got to town and were pulled up. funny shit.
- i5oogt -
ive got a fair stash of bits for mk2s, i think i can find you a GT diff thats 3.9 ratio instead of the 4.1 it will have, also should be able to find a radiator and some other odds and ends if you give me a list i will check for you.... also i will be in welly early next month bringing my latest purchase down from auckland (GT Wagon).... would be keen to see this beast..... Gaz
Just brought a diff. 3.9 whole rear end for 60bucks shipped to my doorstep. Thought that was a good deal. Radiator seems fine around town and doesnt overheat. Weird. I need a few little things like a mint dash, the rubber that seals the bottom of the window on the outside. yeah man should meet up when ya down. Gaz
Fuck it had some weird wiring for the rear light assembly. Fucked round with it for an hour before got it working right. At one stage had the numberplate light flicking like the indicator.
